High school soccer is nearing the finish line and that could only mean one thing, award season is approaching!
New for the 2019-2020 season, FC Davis will be handing out All-Area awards for our local area boys AND girls programs.
Awards for this season include Player of the Year, Coach of the Year, Team of the Year, and our First Team All-Area.
Alongside regular season awards, one male and one female player will be selected for our NEXT program, allowing for each player to train and earn a roster spot on our men's and women's teams.
Schools that have players eligible for selection are the following:
Davis High School
Dixon High School
Esparto High School
Pioneer High School
Vacaville High School
Will C. Wood High School
Winters High School
Woodland High School
Voting for this season will take place in three parts:
Coaching Nominations
Coaching Vote
Online Fan and Social Media Vote
These three votes will commence towards the end of the regular season.
Our honorees will be celebrated at halftime of our first home match of the season on March 28th when the Golden Lions host El Farolito at 7:00 PM.
